Amberlicious arrived in 2018 as part of The Dua Brand's Inspired Expression collection. What emerged was a fragrance that understood what made the original work, not just the notes, but the feeling of them. Honey and rum as a base, spice cutting through the sweetness, amber tying it all together into something warm, edible, and unapologetically present. The composition opens with rich honeyed sweetness, immediately inviting and assertive. By hour two, the honey has mellowed into something softer, the cinnamon has receded to a warmth rather than a spark, and the vanilla and tonka bean are beginning to build. The drydown is where this fragrance earns its reputation. Vanilla and benzoin settle close to the skin, with the sesame lending a dry, almost nutty finish that lingers for hours.
