Lime Sands

The structure is built for freshness above all else. Sea salt doesn't usually play well with citrus in traditional perfumery; it tends to fade or turn metallic if it isn't balanced carefully. In Lime Sands the perfumer managed to keep the mineral quality present alongside bright lime, letting the salty note stay crisp and true. The opening hits with a sparkling lime burst that feels like a gust of coastal air, and the sea salt adds a subtle, almost briny lift that doesn't overwhelm.

The evolution

It opens like a margarita made by someone who actually knows what they're doing, lime zest first, then the salt catches up and adds something mineral and real. The coconut water doesn't announce itself; it slips in quietly, cool against the citrus brightness, adding a subtle, watery sweetness that softens the zest. As the fragrance settles, the composition moves into a warm floral middle ground where lily of the valley and orange blossom work quietly, their delicate petals giving the scent a gentle, airy lift. The coconut becomes a bit more pronounced, taking on a faint tropical quality that lingers alongside the fading lime. Later, the drydown introduces a soft, woodsy undertone and a hint of vanilla that wrap the scent in a warm, skin‑close embrace. The overall effect is present but never loud, inviting you to notice it only when you draw close.
