When perfumer Aurélien Guichard received the brief for a masculine flanker to the original L'Eau d'Issey, the question wasn't what to add. It was what to take away. L'eau Majeure d'Issey chose cashmeran as its foundation, a synthetic molecule crafted to evoke the texture of cashmere rather than the mineral tang of the ocean.
