The Story
Why it exists.
The beginning
Blueberry Sorbet arrived in 2025 as part of Grandeur's Tubbees collection, a lineup that has built its identity on wearable desserts and confections. Cookie, Chocolate Fudge, Strawberry Cheesecake. The names read like a candy counter. But Blueberry Sorbet doesn't quite fit the pattern. Sorbet isn't a candy. It's a reset. A palate cleanser in frozen form. That's the idea.
The Blueberry Sorbet opens with a bright citrus burst from lemon zest and orange that immediately sets a different tone than a typical sweet dessert fragrance. The blueberry arrives as the citrus softens, taking on a crisp, almost tangy quality rather than anything heavy or syrupy. The rose-musk heart adds a gentle floral warmth that balances the fruit notes without overwhelming them. Cedarwood in the base provides a dry, woody finish that gives the fragrance its structure. The overall effect is cool and fruity while still feeling grounded and wearable.
The evolution
It starts citrus-forward, a sharp burst of lemon zest and orange that gives way as the blueberry arrives and reshapes everything. The berry doesn't compete with the citrus, it softens it. As the fragrance moves forward, the rose and cherry blossom come into their own, floral without being powdery, sweet without being naive. The musk appears and brings the cedar with it. That's when the fragrance shifts into something warmer, closer, with a faint woody edge that keeps the blueberry from staying too sweet. The drydown is a soft musk-and-cedar trail that lingers close to the skin.
Cultural impact
Blueberry Sorbet occupies a space for fruity florals with its rose-musk core and woody drydown giving it a point of view. Those drawn to it tend to appreciate the fruit without the syrup. The fragrance has a cool, crisp character that evokes refreshing qualities even as it moves through its phases. It's a specific audience, but a loyal one.
