Lent et Grave, French for "slow and solemn," arrives from Pouchard as part of the Parfum Intemporel collection, a line built around compositions that resist trend cycles. Perfumer Maxime Exler composed this work, and the title itself gestures toward what unfolds on skin. Nothing here accelerates past its welcome, and each material seems to arrive at its own measured pace, settling into the space around the wearer without demanding attention. The composition leans heavily into resinous terrain, with cypriol, Java vetiver, and elemi anchoring a structure that favors weight and depth over brightness or projection.
