Why it exists.
The beginning
Be Delicious Fresh Blossom launched in 2009 as a softer, greener variation within the Be Delicious family. The original was built around the crisp bite of green apple. Fresh Blossom traded some of that snap for spring warmth, adding grapefruit, apricot, and blackcurrant to the top, while keeping the apple as a base note instead of the lead. The result was a composition that reads more floral than its predecessor, with the fruit notes pushed forward to the opening act and the apple waiting in reserve beneath the petals. The grapefruit brings a tart brightness that wakes up the skin on contact, and the apricot adds a fleshy, sun-warmed sweetness that softens whatever sharpness remains.
What makes Fresh Blossom interesting structurally is the placement of red apple at the base rather than the top. Here, the apple waits underneath the florals, which means you smell rose and jasmine first, then catch a flicker of apple skin hours later when the composition has thinned. The grapefruit at the opening does a specific job. It gives the instant freshness that apple would normally provide, then steps aside to let the florals take over.
The evolution
The first ten minutes are sharp. Grapefruit leads, apricot rounds the edges, blackcurrant adds a darker sweetness underneath. It reads cold and awake, the kind of opening that feels like walking out of a building into direct sunlight. Around the twenty-minute mark the florals push forward. Rose arrives first, then jasmine, and the composition warms noticeably. Lily of the Valley sits underneath, giving it a green-soapy quality that keeps the florals from going powdery. By the two-hour mark the heart is fully developed. The blackcurrant from the opening reappears as a soft fruit note beneath the jasmine, and the whole thing settles into a comfortable floral-fruity space. The base shows up around hour three. Red apple surfaces, woody notes ground it, and the fragrance takes on a warmer, rounder character.

Fresh Blossom is a fruity-floral eau de parfum with a structure built around citrus, stone fruit, and white florals. The opening reads bright and tart from the grapefruit, softened quickly by apricot and blackcurrant. The heart is dominated by rose, jasmine, and lily of the valley, a classic white-floral pairing with a green-soapy edge from the lily.
