Drawing on Maiora’s laboratory‑like approach, he chose marine notes, sea‑salt and juniper berries to capture the bracing opening, while myrtle added a green anchor. The heart leans on eucalyptus and water jasmine, echoing the fresh mist that follows a wave’s retreat, and the base of patchouli, amber, cedar, musk and pine grounds the composition like weather‑worn driftwood.
