Mahsam Raza composed Starstruck in 2025 for The Dua Brand. This particular release sits inside the Dua Designer Line, a collection dedicated to reinterpreting well-known designer fragrances with accessible price points. Starstruck channels the playful, romantic spirit of a fruity floral gourmand built around raspberry, blackberry, tea, and a creamy vanilla base. Raza structured it to feel like a soft-focus memory of being charmed, sweet enough to flirt, grounded enough to stay. The opening hits with a bright burst of raspberry that reads almost candied at first contact, the kind of sweetness that makes you lean in rather than pull back. Blackberry threads underneath, adding a darker, jammier register that keeps the fruit from drifting into pure sugar.
The note list reads like a garden party in full bloom. Raspberry and blackberry bring sharp fruit sugar at the top, while tea and apple blossom cool the sweetness with airy green. Freesia and hibiscus add white-floral lift, then honeysuckle and peach slip the whole thing into warmer, juicier territory.
