The Story
Why it exists.
The beginning
Jardin de Fleurs translates to Garden of Flowers, and in Russian it's Сад Цветов. The name says exactly what it means: this is a fragrance about abundance, about flowers rendered without restraint. The composition unfolds like a lush garden in full bloom, each petal and stem given space to express itself fully. It represents a different direction for the house, something you wear without needing to understand it first. The garden as concept, made wearable.
The watermelon-jasmine pairing shouldn't work as well as it does. Watermelon brings a cool, almost mineral crispness that jasmine wants to dissolve into warmth. Cyclamen is the quiet operator here, its spice holds the contrast together. Sandalwood and musk keep the base grounded without going heavy, which is why this composition wears closer to the skin than its fruit-forward opening suggests. Wearable in ways that more assertively floral fragrances aren't.
The evolution
The opening is quick and bright. Kiwi arrives tart and electric, pink pepper throws a tiny spark, and the whole thing feels almost synthetic in its perfection. Then the watermelon softens into something creamier, more translucent. Jasmine takes its time blooming, not aggressively, just present and certain. The drydown belongs to sandalwood and musk: skin-warm, intimate, the kind of finish that lingers without announcing itself. The base notes hold on longest, providing a lingering warmth that stays close to the skin.
Cultural impact
Jardin de Fleurs is positioned as an accessible release from Novaya Zarya, offering fresh, fruity florals that feel modern and approachable. The inclusion of kiwi and watermelon brings an unusual brightness to the composition, adding tartness and translucency that distinguishes this from more traditional floral fare. Pink pepper adds a subtle spark at the opening, while jasmine takes its time blooming into the heart. Sandalwood and musk anchor the drydown, creating a skin-warm finish that lingers without announcement.
