Sweet G arrived in 2026 as part of GRG's Elite Collection, the Alchemy of Joy range. The brief was tender without being naive. A gourmand built to disarm, comfort, and seduce in roughly equal measure. The composition earned its place by staying simple where most gourmands pile on. Milk, tonka, kiwano at the top. Bourbon vanilla, Indian sandalwood, Sumatran benzoin underneath. Nothing louder than it needs to be. The kiwano opens with a bright, almost vegetal lift that sets the tone before the warmer materials settle in. Milk arrives quickly, softening the fruit's sharper edges and pulling everything into a creamy, lactonic register. Tonka provides a gentle warmth beneath, the kind that feels more like skin temperature than spice.
The composition is unusual for what it leaves out. Where most gourmands rely on the usual suspects for sweetness, GRG built Sweet G around kiwano as the lead, a fruit note that gives the fragrance its bright, slightly green character.
