The concept is simple: take lemon at its most indulgent. Not a cleaning product. Not a vitamin C supplement. Lemon as a baker knows it, zested over something rich and waiting. The composition reads from the first spritz as something baked rather than sprayed, with the bright citrus oil sitting on top of a warm, doughy sweetness instead of standing alone in the air. That progression runs through every facet of the formula, from the opening zest to the custard-soaked drydown.
The layering is what makes the composition hold attention. The opening gives you a quick hit of lemon zest, sharp and oily, almost like you just ran a microplane across the rind.
