The Story
Why it exists.
The beginning
His Intense Aspiration (Sport Bianca) launched in 2022 as part of The Dua Brand's Inspired Hybrid line, a collection built around blending the DNA of two well-known designer fragrances into a single composition. Here, the house pulled from Chanel's Allure Homme Edition Blanche and Allure Homme Sport Eau Extreme, pulling the creamy sandalwood and sweet lemon of the Blanche alongside the magnetic mint and mandarin snap of the Eau Extreme. The result was a hybrid designed to deliver both signatures without choosing between them, bottled as an extrait for intensity and longevity.
What makes the composition interesting is the tension between two clearly different aesthetics. Edition Blanche lives in creamy sandalwood, sweet vanilla, and a soft powdery warmth. Sport Eau Extreme pulls cold mint, bright citrus, and a sharper pepper edge. Wedging both into one pyramid means the opening has to fight itself briefly before the accord settles. The house's solution was a strong vanilla and tonka base that grounds both personalities, so neither side gets washed out. It's a balancing trick, and the extrait concentration does the heavy lifting.
The evolution
The first ten minutes are all Sport. Cold mint hits first, almost like toothpaste, and the Sicilian lemon and mandarin come in right behind it, bright and sharp enough to cut through any morning fog. Pink pepper adds a dry heat around the edges, not enough to sting but enough to keep things from feeling tame. Around the 30-minute mark, the Blanche side starts pushing back. The mint cools down and the vanilla, tonka bean, and sandalwood begin to show up underneath, warming the composition from the bottom up. Cypress and sage give it a green, slightly resinous backbone through the middle hours. By hour three or four, the citrus is mostly gone and what remains is a sweet, creamy sandalwood and vanilla drydown with just enough vetiver and amber to keep it from turning into a dessert. On skin it holds for a solid 4-6 hours; on clothes, especially knits and scarves, expect to catch traces of it into the next day. The extrait concentration keeps the scent close rather than letting it broadcast, so it reads more like a personal signature than a room-filler.
Cultural impact
Sport Bianca lands in that space where sport fragrances and gourmand-leaning compositions overlap, drawing on the cooling sharpness of mint while building a sweet vanilla backbone that gives the juice its recognizable character. The mint opens with a brisk, almost mentholated bite that feels active and refreshing, then eases back as the vanilla arrives with its soft, creamy warmth. That interplay between cool and cozy keeps the fragrance feeling balanced rather than one-note, and it's what gives the scent its particular pull on the skin.
