It arrived in 2023 as the companion piece to Pas de Chat, Fontaine's debut, but where the first scent leaned on white musk and caramelized almond, this one goes all the way into the patisserie. A recipe Fontaine spent months perfecting, because converting pastry into scent means knowing exactly when sweet stops being pleasant and starts being too much.
The heart of this fragrance is the interplay between marzipan and chantilly cream, two materials that shouldn't work together and somehow do.
