Subliminal arrived in 2026 from Frederic Gieselbach's Nebiru Parfvms. The fragrance presents an unusual concentration of resinous and mineral materials, anchored by a frankincense composition that reads as something dense, smoldering, and almost geological. Italian bergamot adds a brief citric edge to the opening, but it is the resin materials that define the composition from the first spray. The amber component, sourced from fossilized Himalayan stock, contributes a dry, almost stony warmth that grounds the brighter top notes. The scent reveals itself slowly, each wear offering new facets of its architecture.
