What makes this neroli different is its counterweight. Turmeric leaf isn't a common opening, it brings a green, almost vegetable brightness that differs from the usual citruses. Combined with the dual pepper (pink from La Réunion, black from Madagascar) and ginger from Madagascar, the top is a deliberate provocation. Jasmine sambac absolute and orange blossom water absolute add a waxy, slightly indolic warmth that makes the floral heart feel physical, not abstract.
