In 2021 La Perla asked Dora Baghriche‑Arnaud and Nicolas Bonneville to bottle the unseen magnetism of a perfectly fitted lace. Drawing on the house’s roots in intimate Italian couture, they set out to translate that invisible caress into scent. The result is Invisible Touch, a unisex Eau de Parfum that mirrors the brand’s heritage of soft silk and pearl sheen, aiming to make the wearer feel both protected and provocatively exposed.

The opening leans on aldehydic brilliance, a clean, almost metallic shimmer that recalls fresh linens, while pink pepper injects a subtle sting, echoing the first brush of lace against skin. Bergamot adds a citrus lift, softening the sparkle. At the heart, violet and rose‑tinged ylang‑ylang create a powdery floral core, a nod to the house’s signature silk softness. The base grounds the composition with benzoin’s sweet resin, ambroxan’s amber glow, and patchouli’s earthy depth, giving the fragrance a lingering, caramel‑warm finish that becomes more pronounced as time passes.

The first ten minutes are a flash of aldehydic clarity, bright as a flash of white silk, punctuated by pink pepper’s crisp bite and bergamot’s citrus sparkle.
