A brilliant, almost blinding flash of photorealistic citrus. Zesty lemon and sharp bergamot are given a juicy, slightly tart twist by the pomegranate.

    The Story

    Why it exists.

Eros Flame reinterprets passion. Where the original Eros was the god of love in the throes of nocturnal desire, this is Eros struck by a different kind of arrow. It's the sudden, brilliant spark of connection under the bright Mediterranean sun, a love that is clear, bright, and full of life. The inspiration is not a burning fire, but the dazzling, sun-drenched coastline of Italy.

    Why you'll love it

The most underrated 'freshie' from Versace. Everyone expects fire, but you get this gorgeous, clean, expensive-hotel-in-Capri vibe.

Surprisingly unisex. It's a perfect 'grab-and-go' for when you just want to smell clean and put-together in the summer.

That pomegranate note in the opening is fantastic. It stops it from being just another lemon scent.

My favorite for the office in warm weather. It's bright and positive without being distracting.

    Consider if...

Calling this 'Flame' is false advertising. There is nothing fiery, spicy, or warm about this. It's a lemon-scented skin scent.

Gone in 2 hours. I have body sprays that last longer. A huge disappointment for an EDP.

It's not bad, it's just... boring. Smells like a nice shampoo. I expected more from the Eros line.

It has that generic 'designer musk' drydown that smells a bit like everything else at the department store counter.
