The beginning
Cherry Powder started with a question Theodoros Kalotinis couldn't stop asking: what if baby powder had more to say? Not a remake. A reimagining. The impulse was to take something universally comforting and make it transportable, intentional, worth wearing when you've graduated from the talc your grandmother kept on the vanity. The result is a fragrance that references that scent without being reducible to it. Cherry exists here too, bright, confectioned, almost marzipan-adjacent, but it arrives and departs in the opening moments. The powder is what stays. What holds.
The genius of Cherry Powder is restraint. Most fragrances earn their drydown. This one earns its opening and lets the rest follow. The heart accord, powder, milk, macaron, functions as a single unit, soft and warm and close to skin rather than projecting outward. The lactonic creaminess of the milk catches something in the macaron, and together they give the powder something to rest against.
