Özge Erdoğmuş Altınel grew up among the rose fields of Turkey, inhaling the scent of petals while watching her father, a founding nose of EPS Fragrances, distill memories into bottles. A chemistry degree from Yıldız Technical University gave her a laboratory’s rigor, and she translated that precision into the language of scent. After an apprenticeship beside her father, she earned a place on EPS’s creative team in the early 2010s. By 2015 she assumed the role of Creative Director, steering the house toward a blend of heritage and contemporary science. Her first public showcase arrived at Cosmoprof Miami, where she unveiled a series of new fragrance families that married Turkish floral heritage with avant‑garde synthetics. Today she guides a multinational lab, mentors emerging noses, and continues to write the next chapter of her family’s aromatic legacy.
