Risala Elite emerged in 2024 as a premium collection under Sterling Perfumes, a powerhouse founded in 1998 and headquartered in Dubai. Sterling operates a 1.2 million square foot manufacturing facility and produces over 75 million bottles annually. The Elite line represents their strategic entry into the global accessible luxury market. Risala Elite believes fine fragrance should not require a luxury budget. They combine traditional Middle Eastern perfumery values with contemporary Western tastes, creating scents that offer richness and longevity at approachable price points.
