Heritage
A house, in its own words
The fragrance line grew out of Fernanda Brandão Gonçalves da Silva's life as a performer. Born on 3 May 1983 in Brazil, she built a career as a singer and dancer under her stage name and eventually settled in Munich, Germany. Her move into fragrance came in 2013 with the launch of her self-titled eau de parfum, followed by Brazilian Summer in 2014 and Pure Aqua in 2015. A trio of new releases followed in 2016: Feel Good, Joyful, and Energize, bringing the total to six scents within just a few years. A 2014 press event in Berlin saw her presenting a fragrance called Ginga at a lifestyle and fashion press day, signaling her growing presence in the German-speaking beauty market. The line remains a compact, artist-led project rather than a sprawling fashion house portfolio, which keeps the creative direction closely tied to Brandão's personal brand and Brazilian roots. Brandão's fragrances read as an extension of her identity as a performer, built around the energy and warmth associated with Brazilian culture. Names like Brazilian Summer, Joyful, and Energize suggest an emphasis on mood and lifestyle rather than traditional perfumery categories like floral or oriental. The portfolio's tight timeframe, with six launches across three years, points to a philosophy of accessibility and personal connection over exclusivity. By naming scents after feelings and seasons rather than abstract luxury concepts, the brand positions fragrance as part of a vibrant, everyday ritual.
