The story of Bugatti begins in 1909 when Ettore Bugatti, an Italian-born French automobile designer, established his automotive company in Molsheim, Alsace, then part of the German Empire. The Type 35, introduced in 1924, became one of the most successful racing cars in history, winning over 2,000 competitions. Following Ettore's death in 1947, the company experienced periods of dormancy before Roland Bugatti revived interest in the 1980s and 1990s. The Bugatti name became synonymous with exclusivity, with the Veyron and Chiron models representing pinnacle automotive engineering. The decision to launch a fragrance line extended the Bugatti lifestyle beyond the showroom floor, allowing enthusiasts to carry the brand's identity through scent.
