Why it exists.
The beginning
A customer asked for it. Sarah McCartney delivered. In 2020, during one of those late-night scrolls through the 4160 Tuesdays Facebook group, someone mentioned they wanted coconut, chocolate toffee, and white flowers together. Most brands would file that under interesting-try-another-time. Sarah saw something worth pursuing. By 2021, Crikey! Coconut Caramel existed. The name itself says everything about the brand's personality, playful, a little unexpected, embracing the whimsy of the request.
The challenge was making white flowers feel at home in a dessert. Magnolia can lean soapy if it wants to. Water lily can disappear entirely. Here, they anchor themselves against sticky toffee, coffee, and chocolate, not fighting the sweetness but negotiating with it. Coconut acts as the translator, bringing its own creaminess to the conversation without demanding centre stage. The real craft move is letting sweetness be the starting point, not the destination.
The evolution
