The beginning

Bertrand Duchaufour and Bérengère Bourgarel constructed this from a simple question: what does it feel like when attraction becomes undeniable? The answer lives in contrast. Baked fruit against rum. The note structure tells the real story. Apple and pear open with an almost jammy sweetness, baked, not fresh.
