By the time she enrolled at the Institute of Art & Olfaction and completed a two-year diploma in natural perfumery, she had already earned a Master of Science degree and built a life in Washington, DC. The pivot from boardroom to beaker wasn't sudden so much as inevitable. She founded On The Nose Perfumes in March 2023 and opened for business in November 2024, stepping into her own work as founder, perfumer, and creative director. Her late arrival gives her clarity most younger noses spend years chasing. She knows who she is and what she wants to make, which is to say, all-natural, small-batch, hand-crafted luxury compositions that refuse to mistake botanical for basic.
