The original Fields at Nightfall arrived in 2020, built around dusk and its contradictions: warmth cooling, light softening, the day ending. Blush is its gentler sibling, arriving in 2025 with the same inspiration but a warmer register. Where the original reads like standing in an open field as night settles, Blush feels like the last light before it disappears entirely, warm, soft, and impossibly fleeting.
What makes Fields at Nightfall Blush architecturally unusual is its note structure. Coconut water, sandalwood, and white caramel don't follow a traditional cascade from top to heart to base. Instead, these materials weave through the composition in an unexpected way, creating a fragrance that arrives, settles, and returns to itself. The drydown is where sandalwood finally takes the lead, creamier now, warmed by hours on skin, the coconut water faded to a memory and the caramel settling into something quiet and close.
The evolution
