Isabel Gil Trujillo never intended to become a perfumer. Two decades ago, she stepped into a fragrance house in a supporting capacity, weighing and dosing formulas for working perfumers. The bench work that most treat as a stepping stone became her education. She watched compositions come together molecule by molecule, absorbed the rhythms of creation, and quietly built the technical fluency that would define her career. She rose through the ranks at Eurofragance, where she started as a Perfumer Assistant and eventually earned recognition as one of the company's inaugural Master Perfumers, alongside Olaf Larsen and Belén Garcia. Her career has carried her from the lab to Singapore, where she continues to develop scents that serve markets across continents. Along the way she cultivated a specialty that spans Home Care, Personal Care, and Air Care categories, territories most fine-fragrance perfumers never touch. It is precisely this breadth that distinguishes her: a fluency in functional perfumery married to the sensibility of a creator who thinks in terms of mood and atmosphere rather than mere formulation.
