Eve Miralles
Eve Miralles grew up on the breezy coasts of Normandy, where the scent of sea salt mingled with fresh cut grass. She earned a chemistry degree at Université Le Havre Normandie, then completed a perfumery apprenticeship that taught her to translate raw materials into stories. In February 2014 she joined drom, a boutique house that sent her to Brazil to work on emerging markets. The Brazilian palette sharpened her sense of contrast, and she began layering bright citrus with deep woods. By 2017 she moved to Cosmo International Fragrances, where she now leads the senior perfumer team. Her first major solo release, Lithe, captured the fluid grace of modern movement and earned critical praise across Europe and the Middle East. A collaboration with Vashti Perfumes followed, delivering a fragrance that balanced desert amber with Parisian rose. Today she mentors young noses while continuing to craft scents that feel both intimate and expansive.

How Eve composes
Eve’s signature technique blends crisp green accords with warm, resinous undertones. She favors ingredients such as Sicilian bergamot, Madagascan vanilla, and Turkish rose, often pairing them with unexpected mineral notes like wet stone or smoked cedar. Her structures typically follow a clear three‑phase arc: an opening spark, a heart that unfolds slowly, and a base that lingers like a quiet echo. She prefers natural extracts when they offer texture, but she does not shy away from synthetics that add precision. The result is a scent that feels both familiar and novel, inviting the wearer to explore subtle layers over time.
Philosophy
What drives Eve
Eve believes a perfume should act as a personal signature, a quiet statement that reveals mood without shouting. She approaches each brief by listening to the client’s narrative, then isolates a single emotion to anchor the composition. Lightness and depth coexist in her work; she seeks balance between fleeting top notes and lingering bases. The process feels like a conversation with the material, where each ingredient earns its place through merit, not trend. She credits travel, music, and architecture for feeding her imagination, and she treats every bottle as an invitation to pause and reflect.
