The Heritage
The Story of Lattafa
Lattafa was founded in the 1980s by Sheikh Shahid Ahmad and Shoaib Iqbal with a simple mission: make world-class Arabic fragrances affordable for everyone. Starting as a small attar and perfume trading company in Dubai, they focused on traditional oils and bakhoor. The name comes from Arabic words Latif (kindness) and Lateefa (pleasant), reflecting the brand's core values. Today, Lattafa is a third-generation family business with over 3,000 employees and distribution in 120+ countries. They remain proudly Made in UAE while serving a global audience.
Craftsmanship
Lattafa controls every step from concept to creation in-house. Their R&D team blends Middle Eastern ingredients like oud and amber with Western perfumery techniques. Over 2,000 products ranging from mass-market favorites to luxury collections, all held to consistent quality standards.
Design Language
Bold bottles that make a statement. Gold accents meet contemporary shapes. Packaging designed to look expensive even when the price tag says otherwise. The visual identity bridges heritage and modern Gen Z appeal.
Philosophy
Fragrance is a universal language. Everyone deserves access to quality scents that make them feel confident and memorable. Tradition and modernity can coexist beautifully.
