Oud can intimidate. This isn't that. Mathilde Laurent stripped the barnyard and kept the bewitching part, oud's resinous darkness softened by plum and sandalwood into something almost approachable.Oud & Santal
This fragrance is less a perfume and more an atmospheric event. The sandalwood is the anchor but the leather and papyrus make it interesting. Not everyone will appreciate the slightly feral quality.Santal 33
